Lesley is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at the clinic.

My consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and no one came within a metre of my skin despite dealing with complex and varied challenges. I agreed to a treatment over 6 sessions. Although the nurse doing it was kind there seemed to be an aversion to wanting to discuss why in fact my treatment was not improving my skin. At the last session, my skin was no better. The nurse took a photo and then ushered me out of the door. Why photos were being taken given I had not given permission to be posted, and there was no discussion about next steps or honest discussions about lack of improvement is beyond me. I am now hundreds of pounds down while on a low income with no results and seemingly no openness to discussion. I must say one of the receptionists was also very unpleasant indeed and made me feel very uncomfortable. Lesley on the other hand was lovely. The lack of transparency and attention to detail that I experienced means I would never return.

I visited Helen's Honiton practice on 17th September.Kate and Helen were very warm and welcoming.Helen gave me Botox treatment for severe teeth grinding which I have suffered with for 60 years.The actual treatment was done exceptionally well and I felt completely at ease in Helen's professional hands.I have tried everything else for this condition but this treatment is the only thing that works really well.
