This policy applies to appointments, consultations, treatments, products and services provided by Helen Hunt Medical Aesthetics Ltd .
Appointments can be booked online via our secure live booking system or over the phone with our patient care team.
Online booking: https://helenhuntmedicalaesthetics.collums.co.uk/
Telephone: 01392 984171
As we operate a live booking system , appointment availability updates in real time. For this reason, we kindly encourage bookings to be made online or by telephone, as appointment times may no longer be available by the time email enquiries are responded to.
A £50 deposit is required for consultation bookings to secure your appointment. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
The £50 deposit is fully redeemable against any future treatment , unless otherwise stated.
Where a patient chooses not to proceed with treatment , the deposit will instead cover the cost of the consultation itself.
Certain treatments or appointments may require alternative deposit arrangements, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit may be retained and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
Missed appointments may result in a £50 fee being applied before a further booking can be made.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always aim to approach individual circumstances fairly and reasonably.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow sufficient time for consultation and treatment.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your appointment safely or within the remaining appointment time available.
Where treatment cannot proceed due to late arrival, your deposit may be retained.
Treatment recommendations discussed during your consultation are valid for up to 12 months , unless your practitioner advises otherwise.
After this period, or where there has been a significant change to your medical history or treatment goals, a new consultation may be required.
All treatments are subject to consultation, assessment and medical suitability.
It is important that you provide a full and accurate medical history , including medications, allergies and any relevant medical conditions. Helen Hunt Medical Aesthetics Ltd cannot accept responsibility for complications or issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone or amend treatment where this is considered clinically inappropriate or not in your best interests.
For safety reasons, children cannot be taken into treatment rooms.
If children accompany you to clinic, they must be supervised at all times by another responsible adult. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare facilities or supervision.
If you require a chaperone, please let us know when requesting a consultation with our booking team.
Our Exeter clinic can offer a ground floor room, with disabled access, toilets, and doorways. Please let us know when requesting a consultation with our booking team.
For some treatments, you may be advised to avoid alcohol before and after your appointment. Please follow the guidance given by your practitioner.
If you are planning to fly or travel shortly after treatment, please let us know before your appointment so we can advise on suitability and timings.
You are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided to help support safe healing and optimal treatment outcomes.
Occasionally, appointments may run later than expected or need to be rearranged due to clinical priorities or circumstances outside our control.
We will always do our best to keep you informed and offer the earliest suitable alternative appointment where required.
While we will make every effort to minimise disruption, Helen Hunt Medical Aesthetics Ltd cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation, childcare, loss of earnings or other associated costs incurred as a result of appointment changes.
