New Clinic Opening!

We have lots of exciting news this month that we can’t wait to tell you about! Firstly, we’re opening a new clinic location at the Pebble Brook Clinic in Newton Poppleford. We’re excited to start working in this beautiful clinic with other practitioners specialising in treatments for health and well-being. Helen will be at Pebble Brook on Thursdays in addition to her days at both Exeter and Honiton.

Our New Treatment!

The second piece of exciting news is that Helen will be offering a new treatment – Exuvience Glycolic Peels.

These peels are great because they can be tailored to the individuals specific skin concerns and overall will restore a younger and healthier complexion. They minimise the appearance of lines, wrinkles, age spots, discolouration and uneven skin tone by using a combination of lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol to stimulate production of collagen. Helen would recommend this skin peel especially for those who are new to peels or who can’t take down-time while their skin is rejuvenated.

They are ideal combined with regular anti-wrinkle treatments, and can be scheduled at the same appointment, ensuring your anti- ageing regime is maximised. Please contact Helen to discuss your specific needs, this treatment can be a one-off or where there are more specific concerns such as pigmentation and blemished skin a course of 3 to 6 sessions may be more suited.

Each session will cost around £75, contact us today to book!

Our Focus for September:

How much is too much?

This month we’re talking all about fillers. We’ve all seen the photos of people that have maybe pushed the fillers a bit far and Helen is consistently asked “will more than 1ml of dermal filler look overfilled?”. Rest assured that Helen Hunt Aesthetics only uses the best premium filler which when placed with expert precision, your treatment will always look subtle and natural. Just like you, Helen is hoping to achieve enough of a boost to make friends and family say, “you look great!” without really being able to tell what’s changed.

Essentially, as we age, we lose 1-2ml of facial volume each decade past the age of 30 which means most patients can benefit from replacing this lost volume especially in the cheeks and around the mouth. Of course, there are certain areas where 1ml is more appropriate such as the lips, but Helen can help you to work out exactly what will help you get that youthful look without ever looking overfilled. Let’s keep you in complete control and create bespoke treatment plans that will really suit YOU. Helen will always be honest and say, “that’s enough for now”.

So, why not, book in a consultation today to find out if dermal fillers are something that would help you look YOUR “best, natural self”.
