IS THIS TREATMENT SAFE?
Profhilo uses 100% hyaluronic acid injected directly into the skin to stimulate internal renewal. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring protein in the skin, meaning there is no risk of the body rejecting or reacting negatively to the treatment. It is safe, effective, and comes with no downtime at all.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
A course of two treatments are recommended separated by a one-month interval often bring the best results for this treatment. Because the skin’s natural processes are stimulated and fresh collagen and elastin are produced, these changes will gradually become more visible.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY RESULTS?
Your full treatment benefits will be realised after a second treatment with Profhilo Body, though some of my clients have noticed a difference in their skin laxity and texture after just 2 weeks. Again, a second or even third treatment after the appropriate intervals will provide the best results.
How long will my results last?
Your results will last from 6-12 months, at which time a repeat treatment would be advised to continue the development of your results. Your skin quality will continue to improve over a course of treatments, if you incorporate it into your regular treatment regime.
